摘要
针对外热式回转窑在煤炭低温干馏热负荷试生产过程中出现回转窑煤气导出系统堵塞、焦油粉尘难分离及干馏煤气中粉尘含量偏大等问题,进行了原因分析。通过增加荒煤气重力沉降室、增加高温旋风除尘设备、应用移动颗粒床除尘技术等措施,实现了除尘后的轻质煤焦油中机械杂质质量分数小于2%、干馏煤气中粉尘质量浓度小于50 mg/m^(3)的目标,解决了粉尘堵塞煤气导出系统等问题。
The cause analysis was made for the external heating rotary kiln regarding the blockage of the rotary kiln gas export system, the difficulty in separating tar dust and the excessive dust content in the dry distillation gas during the heat load trial production of low temperature carbonization of coal. Through such measures as adding the gravity sedimentation chamber of raw gas, adding the high-temperature cyclone dust removal equipment and applying the moving particle bed dust removal technology,the mass fraction of mechanical impurities in the light coal tar after dust removal was less than 2%, and the mass concentration of dust in dry distillation gas was less than 50 mg/m^(3), which solved the problems of dust blocking the gas export system.
