焦化厂液体装车系统的安全升级改造实践

Safety upgrading and renovation of liquid loading system in coking plant

针对盛隆化工有限公司上装式液体装车鹤管系统存在安全环保问题,将上装式灌装系统改为下装式充装系统,实现了安全装车和装车气相、液相全密闭。介绍了下装式鹤管系统的改造过程及其部件、优缺点,着重分析了其安全防护系统的升级改造情况。改造后,鹤管装车的安全防护由单一控制模式改为集成联锁模式,消除了采用下装式鹤管装车过程中罐车内部憋压、液体外溢着火等安全隐患,实现了液体危险化学品装车全过程本质安全化。

In view of the safety and environmental protection problems existing in the top-loading crane pipe system of Shenglong Chemical Co., Ltd., the top-loading filling system was changed into the bottom-loading filling system to realize safe loading and complete sealing of gas phase and liquid phase. The transformation process, components, advantages and disadvantages of the bottom-loading crane pipe system were introduced, with focus on the analysis of the upgrading and transformation of its safety protection system. After the transformation, the safety protection of crane pipe loading system was changed from single control mode to integrated interlocking mode, which eliminated the hidden dangers of the bottom-loading crane pipe system, such as airflow obstruction caused by gas phase pipeline blockage and fire caused by liquid overflow, and realized the intrinsic safety of the whole loading process of liquid hazardous chemicals.
