摘要 介绍了DG热解工艺、ATP热解工艺、鲁奇三段炉热解工艺、SJ低温干馏热解技术4种主要的兰炭生产技术的工艺流程,并简单对比了其优缺点;概括了兰炭在电石、化工、冶金、吸附剂、电极材料等方面的应用,为后期兰炭工艺技术的发展以及兰炭的应用提供参考依据。 The process flows of four major semi-coke production technologies were introduced, including DG pyrolysis process, ATP pyrolysis process, Lurgi three-stage furnace pyrolysis process, and SJ low temperature carbonization pyrolysis technology, and their advantages and disadvantages were briefly compared. The application of semi-coke in calcium carbide,chemical industry, metallurgy, adsorbent and electrode materials was summarized, which provided a reference for the future semi-coke production technology development and application of semi-coke.
