CO_(2)摩尔分数倍增对秋茄·桐花树碳储量的影响

摘要 [目的]探究CO_(2)摩尔分数倍增对红树林碳储量的影响。[方法]选取海南东寨港优势树种秋茄、桐花树为实验室研究对象,采用开顶箱法,模拟CO_(2)摩尔分数为350μmol/mol和700μmol/mol环境条件,研究秋茄、桐花树的碳储量变化,构建碳储量方程,并结合实地秋茄、桐花树勘测数据,预测在CO_(2)摩尔分数倍增环境条件下秋茄、桐花树群落的碳储量。[结果]在短期试验中,随着CO_(2)摩尔分数的升高,秋茄、桐花树生物量、碳储量增加,在CO_(2)摩尔分数倍增条件下,秋茄、桐花树碳储量分别为290.85、211.80 g/m^(2),秋茄碳储量表现为根>茎>叶,桐花树碳储量表现为叶>根>茎。采用标准株和数量化模型结合的方法构建碳储量方程,其拟合度较优。将实测秋茄、桐花树树高、胸径分别代入构建的碳储量方程,估算出CO_(2)摩尔分数为700μmol/mol环境条件下秋茄、桐花树群落碳储量分别为96.61、63.22 t/hm^(2)。[结论]红树植物秋茄、桐花树在CO_(2)高摩尔分数下有着较强的固碳潜力,该研究结果可以为CO_(2)摩尔分数不断升高的环境下,红树林的管理及温室气体的调控提供参考。 [Objective]To explore the effect of doubled CO_(2) mole fraction on mangrove carbon storage.[Method]The dominant tree species Kandelia candel and Aegiceras corniculatum in Dongzhai Port of Hainan were selected as the laboratory research objects.The method of“open box top”was adopted to simulate the CO_(2) mole fraction of 350μmol/mol and 700μmol/mol environmental conditons,and to observe the carbon storage changes of Kandelia candel and Aegiceras corniculatum.Then the carbon storage equation was constructed to predict the carbon storage of Kandelia candel and Aegiceras corniculata under the condition of doubling the CO_(2) mole fraction.[Result]The results showed that in short-term experiments,as the CO_(2) mole fraction increases,the biomass and carbon storage of Kandelia candel as well as Aegiceras increased significantly.Under the condition of doubled CO_(2) mole fraction,the carbon storage of Kandelia candel and Aegiceras corniculata were respectively 290.85 g/m^(2),211.80 g/m^(2),the carbon storage of Kandelia candel root>stem>leaf,the carbon storage of Aegiceras corniculatum leaf>root>stem.The carbon storage equation constructed by standard strain and quantitative model presents a better fitting degree,which can be widely used in the estimation of carbon storage of Kandelia candel and Aegiceras corniculata Substituting the measured height and diameter at breast height of Kandelia sylvestris and Aegiceras corniculata into the constructed carbon storage equation,it was estimated that the carbon storages of Kandelia candel and Aegiceras corniculata at a CO_(2) mole fraction of 700μmol/mol were 96.61 t/hm^(2),63.22 t/hm^(2).[Conclusion]The mangrove plants Kandelia candel and Aegiceras corniculata have a stronger carbon sequestration potential under high CO_(2) mole fraction.The results can be used as reference in the management of mangroves and greenhouse gas emissions in an environment where the CO_(2) mole fraction continues to rise.
