西南民族地区乡村旅游助推乡村振兴的逻辑与路径探究--以广西为例

The Logic and Path of Rural Tourism in Southwest Ethnic Minority Areas to Promote Rural Revitalization-Taking Guangxi as an Example

乡村振兴作为西南民族地区经济发展的重要战略,而乡村旅游在推动乡村振兴中起到了越来越重要的作用,西南民族地区独特的自然与人文资源也为乡村旅游的发展提供了条件。近年来,乡村问题一直备受国家关注,乡村脱贫攻坚工作取得了胜利,而后脱贫时代如何使得乡村贫困不再次发生,并向乡村振兴迈进,乡村旅游的高质量发展可以作为一个发展振兴的有效途径之一。通过乡村旅游这一“造血”式途径来发展民族地区的经济,有助于可持续发展。以广西民族地区为例,通过对其乡村旅游发展的动力和问题,即在该区域发展乡村旅游的动力因素和制约因素进行分析,理清乡村旅游助推乡村振兴的实践逻辑,提出乡村旅游转型升级的实现路径向全域旅游发展,通过“绿色+”丰富旅游资源、“旅游+”设施配套齐全、“电商+”产业高度关联、“人才+”可持续性发展等途径来实现广西民族地区乡村振兴。

Rural revitalization is an important strategy for the economic development of the southwest ethnic minority areas,and rural tourism has played an increasingly important role in promoting rural revitalization,and the unique natural and human resources of the southwest ethnic minority areas have also provided conditions for the development of rural tourism.In recent years,rural issues have been attracting national attention,rural poverty alleviation work has won victories,and then how to make rural poverty not recur in the era of poverty alleviation,and move towards rural revitalization,the high-quality development of rural tourism can be one of the effective ways of development and revitalization.Developing the economy of ethnic minority areas through rural tourism,which is a“hematopoietic”approach,contributes to sustainable development.Taking Guangxi ethnic minority area as an example,through the analysis of the driving forces and problems of the development of rural tourism,that is,the dynamic factors and constraints of rural tourism development in the region,this paper clarifies the practical logic of rural tourism to promote rural revitalization,proposes the realization path of rural tourism transformation and upgrading to the development of global tourism,and realizes the rural revitalization of Guangxi ethnic minority areas through“green+”enriching tourism resources,“tourism+”complete facilities,“e-commerce+”industry highly correlated,and“talent+”sustainable development.
