摘要
[目的]解决红花大金元品种烘烤难、挂灰烟多、种烟比较效益偏低的问题。[方法]研究不同烘烤工艺对红花大金元品种产质量的影响。[结果]新法烘烤能缩短烘烤时间、增加烟叶干重、降低平均烟叶耗能成本,新法烘烤的烟叶产量、产值、上等烟比例和均价分别比常规烘烤高117.60 kg/hm^(2)、9289.50元/hm^(2)、5.09百分点、2.22元/kg;微带青组降低1.9百分点,经济效益显著。[结论]该研究对楚雄烟区的红花大金元烘烤有一定的指导意义。
[Objective]To solve the problems of difficult baking,more ash and tobacco hanging and lower comparative benefit of tobacco planting.[Method]The effects of different baking techniques on the yield and quality of Honghuadajinyuan varieties were studied.[Result]The new baking method could shorten the baking time,increase the dry weight of tobacco leaves and reduce the average energy consumption cost of tobacco leaves.The yield,output value,the proportion of superior tobacco and the average price of tobacco leaves baked by the new method were respectively 117.60 kg/hm^(2),9289.50 yuan/hm^(2),5.09 percentage point and 2.22 yuan/kg higher than those of conventional baking.In the micro-belt group,it decreased by 1.9 percentage point,and the economic benefit was remarkable.[Conclusion]This study has certain guiding significance for baking Honghuadajinyuan in Chuxiong tobacco-growing area.
