村域乡村振兴战略规划研究--以津市市毛里湖镇青苗社区为例

The Research on Rural Revitalization Strategy Planning of Village-level-The Case of Qingmiao Community,Maolihu Town,Jinshi City

实施乡村振兴战略是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,也是新时代“三农”工作的总抓手,为更好地确保乡村振兴战略的有效落实,从村域乡村振兴规划编制入手是行之有效的关键手段。以湖南省津市市青苗社区为例,重点从土地利用、产业兴旺、乡村建设、生态环境以及社会发展等方面思考村域乡村振兴战略规划的编制,希望能够对国内村域乡村振兴战略规划编制提供参考借鉴。

Implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization is an important decision-making plan made by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is also the general grasp of the work of“agriculture,countryside and farmers”in the new era.In order to better ensure the effective implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,it is an effective and key means to start with the formulation of village revitalization planning.Taking Qingmiao Community in Jinshi City,Hunan Province as an example,this paper mainly considers the formulation of village revitalization strategic planning from the aspects of land use,industrial prosperity,rural construction,ecological environment and social development,hoping to provide reference for the formulation of village revitalization strategic planning in China.
