This paper analyzes the logical relationship between the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,discusses the restrictive factors of Liaoning Province’s poverty alleviation achievements,and finally puts forward policy suggestions for Liaoning Province to consolidate poverty alleviation achievements under the rural revitalization strategy:Summarize experience and stabilize poverty alleviation policies;accurately identify and scientifically delineate low-income populations;build a multi-dimensional path to prevent return to poverty;pay attention to invisible poor groups;and do a good job of connecting with rural revitalization.
