“牧医红专”协同育人“六位一体”人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of“Six in One”Talent Training Mode of Collaborative Education of Talents of“Red and Expert”in Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine

以立德树人为根本,以强农兴农为己任,突出“又红又专”主线,积极探索“红专新人工程”。通过校企共上“红专学堂”、校企共推“红专青年”、校企共设“红专书院”、校企共建“红专基地”、校企共创“红专课程”、校企共任“红专导师”,使红专新人的培养目标更加明确、红专新人的培养路径更加清晰、红专新人的培养质量不断提高。

Taking moral education and talents cultivation as the foundation,agriculture strengthening and revitalizing as the duty,our college highlighted the main line of“red and expert”,and actively explored the project of training talents of being both“red and expert”.The“red and expert”talents training objectives were more explicit,the cultivation ways clearer,and the quality higher by the joint effort made by our college and enterprises in attending the school of“red and expert”,recommending talents of“red and expert”,setting up an academy of“red and expert”,building a base of“red and expert”,creating a course of“red and expert”,and acting as the tutors of“red and expert”.
