沙因组织文化在“互联网+”课堂管理中的诠释和启示

摘要 互联网催生出新的教育生产力,推动课堂管理的智能化和信息化。以“沙因组织文化”为理论框架,运用于现代教学课堂管理中,阐述其应用价值,并提出沙因组织文化三层次在课堂中的运用流程:教师所形成的基本假设组成该课堂文化的共享基本假设,使得课堂能够可持续发展,并反映出教师的价值观。教师将价值观通过教学活动的形式加以渗透,从而影响学生的价值观和行为方式,提高学习绩效并推动课堂教学改革。本文介绍并实施“知识传递-价值观体现-潜在假设形成-课堂群体文化意识提升”四维度一体化课堂管理经验。 The Internet gives birth to new educational productivity and promotes the intellectualization and informatization of classroom management.Within the theoretical framework of“Schein’s Organizational Culture”,the present paper applies the theory to modern teaching in classroom management,elaborates on the application value,and proposes the application process of the three levels of organizational culture in the classroom:the shared basic assumptions of this class culture made out of the basic assumptions formulated by the teachers make the classroom sustainably developed,thereby reflecting the values of the teachers.The teachers influence the students’values and behaviors with their own beliefs and values through teaching activities,thus improving learning performance and promoting classroom teaching reform.The paper introduces and implements the four-dimensional integrated classroom management experience,namely,“Knowledge transfer-Value embodiment-Potential hypothesis formation-Enhancement of classroom group cultural awareness”.
