摘要 直播电商行业生态圈逐步完善,行业红利的挖掘点已经从单纯的流量过渡到整个生态圈,需要通过精细化运营与供应链整合实现新的增量。文中基于直播电商行业零食供应链现状分析挖掘其存在的问题,例如零食供应链支撑不足、无法实现需求端精准预测、主播选品能力欠缺等,进而针对该市场痛点利用商业画布模型创新性构建零食供应链服务企业商业模式,聚焦于直播平台的腰尾部主播市场,为其提供一站式智能化供应链服务。 The ecosystem of livestreaming e-commerce industry has gradually matured to the point where the focus of industry dividend has transitioned from purely gaining traffic to the development of entire ecosystem.New increments need to be achieved through refined operation and supply chain integration.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the snack supply chain in the livestreaming e-commerce industry,this article explores its existing problems,such as insufficient support from the snack supply chain,inability for accurate demand forecast,and poor product selection from the anchors.To address these market pain points,this article uses the commercial canvas model to innovatively build business models for the snack supply chain enterprises,and focuses on providing those non-top ranked anchors on livestreaming platforms'with one-stop intelligent supply chain services.
