新一代信息技术应用背景下甘肃农业生产效率研究

摘要 在新一代信息技术背景下,选取2005-2019年甘肃农业生产要素投入有关数据,采用DEA模型对甘肃农业生产效率进行评价。结果表明:甘肃农业投入产出没有达到最佳配置,农村期末移动电话用户数、牲畜头数、农用化肥施用量、农业机械总动力等生产要素投入过多,农林牧渔总产值增幅小。针对研究结论以及当地实际情况,结合新一代信息技术,提出从提高农业经济管理管理人员信息化水平、建设农村信息化示范基地、政府支持推广农业信息化传递普及和应用三个方面来改善甘肃农业生产效率。 Under the background of a new generation of information technology,the relevant data on agricultural production factor input in Gansu from 2005 to 2019 were selected,and the DEA model was used to evaluate the agricultural production efficiency in Gansu.The results show that Gansu's agricultural input and output have not reached the optimal allocation,the number of rural mobile phone users at the end of the period,the number of livestock,the consumption of agricultural fertilizers,the total power of agricultural machinery and other factors of production have been invested too much,and the increase in the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery is small.In view of the research conclusions and local conditions,combined with the new generation of information technology,it is proposed to improve the efficiency of agricultural production in Gansu by improving the informatization level of agricultural economic management managers,building a demonstration base for rural informatization,and the government's support for the popularization and application of agricultural informatization.
