劳动力成本上升与京津冀物流业集聚

The Rise of Labor Cost and the Logistics Industry Agglomeration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

物流业是京津冀经济发展的基础性产业。近年来,京津冀物流业逐渐实现了规模化和专业化,三地物流业集聚越来越明显。文中主要研究劳动力成本对京津冀物流业集聚的影响,首先,利用区位熵指数测度京津冀物流业的集聚程度;其次,根据物流业就业人员平均工资相对水平衡量物流业劳动力成本,构建回归模型实证分析京津冀物流业劳动力成本上升对物流业集聚的影响;最后,根据研究结果提出相关对策建议。结果表明,京津冀整体物流业劳动力成本上升会对该区域物流业集聚产生不利影响;京津冀应通过形成规模经济、推动劳动力资源自由流动、推进物流业向机械自动化发展等弱化劳动力成本上升对京津冀物流业集聚的影响。

Logistics industry is the basic industry for the economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.In recent years,the logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has gradually realized scale and specialization,and the agglomeration of the logistics industry in the three places is becoming more and more obvious.This paper mainly studies the impact of labor cost on the agglomeration of logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Firstly,the agglomeration degree of logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is measured by location entropy index;secondly,based on the average wage of employees in the logistics industry relative to the labor cost of the logistics industry,this paper constructs a regression model to empirically analyze the impact of the rise of labor cost of the logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region on the agglomeration of the logistics industry;finally,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the research results.The results show that the rising labor cost of the overall logistics industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will have an adverse impact on the regional logistics industry agglomeration;Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should weaken the impact of rising labor costs on the logistics industry agglomeration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by forming economies of scale,promoting the free flow of labor resources and driving the development of logistics industry to mechanical automation.
