摘要
市场营销是企业运营发展的关键,而物流管理同样也是企业运营发展的重要环节,物流管理和市场营销之间有着密切关系,前者对后者有决定性影响。因此,建立合理的物流链能够有效助力企业进行市场营销,而且随着市场营销环境的不断变化,物流管理也需要不断进行创新,这样才能确保物流管理效果,从而有效增强企业市场竞争力。文中对市场营销环境下的物流管理创新策略进行了探究,以期为企业发展提供建议。
Marketing is the key to enterprise operation and development,while logistics management is also an important link of enterprise operation and development.There is a close relationship between logistics management and marketing,and the former has a decisive influence on the latter.Therefore,the establishment of a reasonable logistics chain can effectively help enterprises carry out marketing,and with the constant change of the marketing environment,logistics management also needs to continue to innovate,so as to ensure the effect of logistics management,and then effectively enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper,the logistics management innovation strategy under the marketing environment is explored in order to provide suggestions for the development of enterprises.
