职业教育下中职物流管理学生分层教学模式探究 被引量:2

摘要 在经济全球化及互联网+高速发展的时期,职业教育成为越来越多高校关注的重点。作为行业发展的助推力,职业教育能更好地适应社会环境需要,让学生真正掌握技术并学以致用,加强学生的社会竞争力。为了更好地提升学生专业技术水平,文中对职业教育中的分层教学模式进行探究,分析了当前中职物流管理学生在职业教育导向下存在的一些主观问题,并提出了相应的改进优化措施。不断完善创新的分层教学模式能让学生结合职业岗位需求,适合、适时、适量地掌握专业技术理论和实操,以应对当下激烈的就业竞争形势。 In the era of economic globalization and the rapid development of Internet+,vocational education has become the focus of more and more colleges and universities.As a driving force for the development of the industry,vocational education can better adapt to the needs of the social environment,allowing students to truly master the skills that they learn to apply,and strengthen students'social competitiveness.In order to better improve the professional skills of students,this article explores the hierarchical teaching mode in vocational education,analyzes some subjective problems existing in the current secondary vocational logistics management students under the vocational education orientation,and proposes corresponding improvement and optimization measures.Through continuous improvement and innovation of the hierarchical teaching mode,students can meet the needs of professional positions,and compatibly and timely master the theory and practical operation of professional technology in the right amount,so as to meet the fierce competition for employment.
