基于混合式教学的评价指标体系的构建——以供应链管理课程为例

Construction of Evaluation Index System Based on Blended Teaching——Taking Supply Chain Management Course as an Example

数字化校园建设助推了线上线下混合式教学模式的创新,时代诉求应用型高校加快构建混合式教学实效的评价体系。依托层次分析法,在剖析评价原理的基础上,结合《供应链管理》课程,构建了由目标层、准则层4项指标和方案层15项指标组成的混合式教学实效评价指标体系,经检验层次间具有相容性。进一步对准则层和方案层指标进行综合权数的量化排序,将有效引导混合式教学模式实施的重点布局。最后提出的系列保障措施将增强该评价指标体系的可执行性。

The construction of digital campus promotes the innovation of online and offline hybrid teaching mode,and the era demands application-oriented universities to speed up the construction of evaluation system of hybrid teaching effectiveness.Relying on the analytic hierarchy process,based on the analysis of the evaluation principle,combined with the course of Supply Chain Management,a blended teaching effectiveness evaluation system is constructed,which consists of target layer,criteria layer with 4 indexes and scheme layer with 15 indexes,with compatibility between layers after tests.Further quantitative sorting of the comprehensive weights of the indexes in the criteria layer and the scheme layer will effectively guide the key layout of the implementation of the blended teaching mode.Finally,a series of safeguard measures will enhance the enforceability of the evaluation index system.
