基于小群体教学模式的高校乒乓球选修课程改革

Reform of Table Tennis Elective Courses in Colleges and Universities Based on Small Group Teaching Mode

小群体教学模式是当前高等院校体育课程教学中出现的新型模式,通过对学生实际情况分析和兴趣爱好导向,依照异质分组法,将学生分为若干学习小组,更好的帮助学生主动性、互助式学习,不仅能够有效提升学生体育技能水平,还能够较好培养学生合作意识、团队意识和社会适应能力。本文基于某高校乒乓球选修课程中小群体教学模式实验流程及结果分析,提出实际应用要求,以此为相关教学改革提供参考。

The small group teaching model is a new model in the current physical education curriculum teaching in colleges and universities.Through the analysis of students'actual situation and the guidance of interests and hobbies,according to the heterogeneous grouping method,students are divided into several learning groups to better help students take the initiative and mutual aid learning.It can not only effectively improve students'physical education skills,but also better cultivate students'sense of cooperation,team consciousness and social adaptability.Based on the experimental process and result analysis of small and medium-sized group teaching mode of table tennis elective course in a university,this paper puts forward practical application requirements,so as to provide reference for relevant teaching reform.
