Research on the Practice of Higher Vocational Students'Legal Education Based on Supply Side Reform

面向高职学生法治教育的供给侧改革,目的在于弥补以往更多聚焦在需求侧单向宣传灌输式的普法短板,是提高法治教育有效供给的有益探索。通过法治教育实践基地开展法治教育,能够更好满足高职学生个性化、多元化、特殊性的法治需求。政府应发挥主导作用,积极作为,尽快出台全国高校学生法治教育实践基地建设标准及运行监管规范,既突出市场化运作的法治资源有效整合利用特点,又能坚守法治实践教育的普惠性、公益性原则,以点带面,形成规模效应,进而推动全社会法治宣传教育工作提质增效。

The supply side reform of law education for higher vocational students aims to make up for the short board of law popularization that focused more on the demand side and one-way publicity and indoctrination,which is a beneficial exploration to improve the effective supply of law education.Carrying out legal education through the legal education practice base can better meet the personalized,diversified and special legal needs of higher vocational students.The government should play a leading role and act actively to introduce the construction standards and operation supervision norms of the national college students'legal education practice base as soon as possible,which not only highlights the characteristics of the effective integration and utilization of legal resources in market-oriented operation,but also adhere to the inclusive and public welfare principles of legal practice education,form a scale effect from point to area,and then promote the quality and efficiency of legal publicity and education in the whole society.
