保鲜努力水平信息不对称下的生鲜电商三级供应链协调

Supply Chain Coordination of Three-level Fresh E-commerce Based on Asymmetric Information of Freshness-keeping Effort Level

在由供应商、生鲜电商和TPL(第三方物流)组成的三级供应链中,研究保鲜努力水平信息不对称对生鲜电商供应链各成员决策及利润的影响,随后通过成本共担契约实现对生鲜电商供应链的协调。研究发现:随着TPL保鲜努力隐瞒系数的增大,TPL的保鲜努力水平和生鲜电商供应链上各节点企业的利润均减小;而成本共担契约能使上下游企业合理共担保鲜成本,从而提高TPL的保鲜努力水平和各成员的利润,实现供应链的协调。最后通过数值算例验证了该契约的可行性和科学性。

In a three-level supply chain composed of suppliers,fresh e-commerce and TPL(Third Party Logistics),this paper studies the impact of information asymmetry of freshness-keeping effort level on the decisions and profits of each member of fresh e-commerce supply chain,and then realizes the coordination of fresh e-commerce supply chain through cost sharing contract.It is found that with the increase of TPL freshness-keeping effort concealment coefficient,the freshness-keeping effort level of TPL and the profits of each enterprise in the fresh e-commerce supply chain decrease;the cost sharing contract can enable upstream and downstream enterprises to reasonably share the freshness-keeping effort cost,so as to improve the freshness-keeping effort level of TPL and the profits of each member,and realize the coordination of the supply chain.Finally,a numerical example is given to verify the feasibility and scientificity of the contract.
