摘要
强化供应链韧性已成为提升产业链供应链现代化水平的重要手段,然而当前韧性研究尚处于概念阶段,如何测量供应链韧性仍是尚未解决的难题。文章首先使用扎根理论提炼供应链韧性内涵,即供应链在全风险周期下的抵抗韧性、复原韧性和演进韧性;其次根据内涵开发供应链韧性量表,其结构维度为组织脆弱性、结构鲁棒性、快速修复性、学习创新性和可持续优化性;最后,通过问卷调查收集数据,使用因子分析检验该量表的信度效度并提出三点提升建议。
Natural disasters,wars and plagues all pose hidden dangers to the stable operation of the supply chain.Only a supply chain with“resilience”can better resist risks.This paper firstly uses grounded theory to refine the connotation of supply chain resilience,which means the supply chain resilience of resistance resilience,recovery resilience and evolutionary resilience under the full risk cycle;then,develops supply chain resilience scale based on the connotation,and its structural dimensions are organizational fragility and structural robustness.Last but not least,collects data through questionnaire surveys,and factor analysis is used to test the reliability and validity of the scale.In view of the insufficient resilience of the supply chain,three suggestions for improvement are proposed from the perspective of the full risk cycle.
