摘要
针对装备制造企业多品种小批量生产模式的特点,企业存在柔性化研发制造能力和管理水平滞后的不足。通过对企业数字化现状深入研究,明确了企业数字化平台建设目标。提出了典型装备制造企业数字化平台的建设思路,围绕管理层、研发层、制造层进行数字化平台设计与实现,通过系统集成消除信息孤岛,打通了各业务系统数据流,实现企业内部信息流、资金流和物流的整合,促进企业内部管理水平、技术能力提升,提高装备制造企业综合竞争能力。
According to the characteristics of multi variety and small batch production mode of equipment manufacturing enterprises,the enterprises have the shortcomings of flexible R&D and manufacturing capacity and lagging management level.Through the in-depth study of the current situation of enterprise digitization,the construction goal of enterprise digitization platform is clarified.This paper puts forward the construction idea of the digital platform of typical equipment manufacturing enterprises,designs and implements the digital platform around the management layer,R&D layer and manufacturing layer,eliminates the information island through system integration,opens up the data flow of each business system,realizes the integration of internal information flow,capital flow and logistics,and promotes the internal management level of the enterprise,improve the technical capability and improve the comprehensive competitiveness of equipment manufacturing enterprises.
