瑞士联邦档案馆近期工作特点及启示

The Characteristics and enlightenment of the recent work of the Swiss Federal Archives

本文基于文献、案例与网络调研,将瑞士联邦档案馆的近期工作特点归纳为档案数字化服务成效显著、档案合作主体多元广泛及档案工作注重顶层设计。同时结合我国档案工作实际提出启示:建立资源共享平台,提高数字化服务水平;注重合作广度,鼓励社会力量参与;细化各地档案事业战略规划,充分发挥我国集中式管理体制优势。

This article summarizes the recent characteristics of the archives work of the Swiss Federal Archives: the remarkable achievements of archival digitization services, the diversity of archival cooperation subjects and the emphasis on toplevel design of archives work. On the basis, it puts forward suggestions: establish a resource sharing platform to improve the level of digital services;pay attention to the breadth of cooperation and encourage the participation of social forces;refine the local strategic planning of archives work, and give full play to the advantages of China’s centralized management system.
