Global Technology Development Trend and Hotspot Analysis of SiC-based Ceramic Materials for Aerospace From the Perspective of Patents

摘要 SiC基陶瓷材料因耐高温、高比强、耐腐蚀等优异性能,在航空航天领域中广泛应用。本文基于incoPat数据库平台对航空航天用SiC基陶瓷材料全球专利的申请趋势、区域分布、创新主体、技术布局和技术热点进行剖析。结果表明,航空航天用SiC基陶瓷材料领域当前处于高速发展期,中国是最大技术来源地和目标市场地,其创新主体以高校和科研院所为主导,需加强研发实力和产学研协同合作;该领域的研发重点和热点为纤维增强SiC陶瓷基复合材料,其中采用工艺改进、界面改性和基体改性等技术手段提高材料的力学性能、抗氧化性、耐高温性和降低成本是其技术热点,改善材料的导热性能、抗烧蚀性、耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性是其技术突破点,可为航空航天用SiC基陶瓷材料领域研究提供参考。 SiC-based ceramic materials are widely used in the aerospace field due to their excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, high specific strength, and corrosion resistance. The global patent application trends, regional distribution, innovation subjects, technology layout and technology hotspot of SiC-based ceramic materials for aerospace were analyzed based on the incoPat database platform in this paper. Results show that SiC-based ceramic materials for aerospace is currently in a period of rapid development. China is the largest technology source and the target market. The main innovation subjects are universities and research institutes, and it is necessary to strengthen research and design(R&D) strength and industry-university-research collaboration. The R&D focus and hotspot in this field is fiber-reinforced SiC ceramic matrix composites. The uses of process improvement, interface modification and matrix modification technology to improve the mechanical properties, oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance and cost reduction of fiber-reinforced SiC ceramic matrix composites are the technology hotspots, and improving the thermal conductivity, ablation resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance are the technology breakthroughs, which can provide a reference for the research in the field of SiC-based ceramic materials for aerospace.
