ZIF-8和ZIF-67高活性催化剂的制备及其对硼氢化钠水解催化性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用溶剂热法和溶剂扩散法分别制备了ZIF-8和ZIF-67两种沸石咪唑酯框架材料,采用XRD,SEM和BET对这两种材料的晶体形态和微观形貌进行了表征,并研究了其对硼氢化钠水解反应的催化活性。结果表明,ZIF-8和ZIF-67都拥有巨大的比表面积和规整菱形十二面体晶体形貌;在室温下中性环境中对硼氢化钠水解起到较好的催化作用,不仅提高了氢产率,还较大程度提高了氢气生成速率,是制氢领域中有广阔应用前景的催化剂材料。 Two kinds of zeolite imidazole framework materials, ZIF-8 and ZIF-67, were successfully prepared by solvothermal method and solvent diffusion method, respectively. The crystal morphology and microstructure of the as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and BET, and their catalytic activities for the hydrolysis of sodium borohydride were investigated. The results show that both have huge specific surface area and perfect dodecahedral structures. Their high catalytic activities for the hydrolysis of sodium borohydride are achieved in the neutral environment at room temperature, which not only improve the hydrogen yield, but also greatly enhance the hydrogen generation rate. Both of them are hydrolysis catalysts with broad application prospect in hydrogen production field.
