PAA process is an electronic system used by Liuzhou Saike Technology Development Co.,Ltd.for information exchange,review and approval of production measures authorization.This paper introduces the definition of PAA process and the specific scope of use,and points out the drawbacks of PPA paper version process in load and high efficiency management.In order to meet the requirements of quality system management and lean production,production action authorization(PAA) process electronic system came into being.The advantages of the electronic system and the good results and benefits obtained after use are briefly described.
