疏肝健脾法治疗原发性肝癌的研究进展

Research Progress of Soothing Liver and Strengthening Spleen in the Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer

通过对肝癌证型的大量研究以及分析发现,肝郁脾虚证是肝癌众多证型中最多见的证型之一,且疏肝健脾法是中医治疗原发性肝癌的重要治法之一。文章就中医对肝癌的认识、病因、发病机制以及对近年来疏肝健脾法治疗原发性肝癌的临床与实验研究的概况进行综述,为临床应用及后续研究提供支持及依据。

Through a large number of research and analysis of liver cancer syndrome types,it is found that liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome is one of the most common syndrome types of liver cancer,and the method of soothing liver and strengthening spleen is one of the important treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary liver cancer.This paper reviews the understanding,etiology and pathogenesis of liver cancer in traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the general situation of clinical and experimental research on the treatment of primary liver cancer by soothing liver and strengthening spleen in recent years,so as to provide support and basis for clinical application and follow-up research.
