老年人健康赋权测评量表的编制及信效度检验

Establishment and Reliability and Validity Test of Health Empowerment Scale for the Elderly

目的:研制全面科学有效的老年人健康赋权测评量表并检验其信效度,为评价老年人健康赋权水平提供量化工具。方法:基于文献回顾法、半结构式访谈法及现有健康赋权相关测评工具,编制量表初始条目池;通过2轮德尔菲专家咨询,形成初始量表;便利选取杭州市545名老年人进行问卷调查,检验量表信效度。结果:最终版老年人健康赋权测评量表包括6个维度、38个条目,探索性因子分析提取出6个公因子,累计方差贡献率为68.307%;各条目内容效度指数为0.87~1.00,量表内容效度指数为0.98;各维度Cronbach’s α系数为0.827~0.890,总量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.959,重测信度为0.870。结论:编制的老年人健康赋权测评量表具有良好的信效度,可作为评估老年人健康赋权水平的工具。

OBJECTIVETo develop a comprehensive, scientific and effective health empowerment scale for the elderly and test its reliability and validity, so as to provide a quantitative tool for evaluating the level of health empowerment for the elderly. METHODS Based on literature review, semi-structured interview and existing health empowerment assessment tools, the initial item pool of the scale was developed. The initial scale was formed through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation. It was convenient to select545 elderly people in Hangzhou to conduct a questionnaire survey to test the reliability and validity of the scale. RESULTS The final health empowerment scale for the elderly consisted of 6 dimensions and 38 items. Exploratory factor analysis extracted 6 common factors, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 68.307%. The content validity index of each item ranged from 0.87 to 1.00,and the scale content validity index was 0.98. Cronbach’s α coefficient of each dimension was 0.827~0.890, Cronbach’s α coefficient of total scale was 0.959, and retest reliability was 0.870. CONCLUSION The health empowerment scale for the elderly has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a tool to evaluate the level of health empowerment for the elderly.
