摘要
运用利益相关者理论,对上海市家庭医生签约服务机制利益相关方进行分析,并对做好做实家庭医生“1+1+1”签约服务工作提出政策建议,以提高居民对社区全科医生的信任度,深入透彻地宣传家庭医生“1+1+1”签约服务工作,有效改善社区医务人员的收入水平,切实提高家庭医生的个人能力,有效落实双向转诊制度。
Using the stakeholder theory to analyze the stakeholders of Shanghai family doctor contract service mechanism, and to put forward the following policy suggestions for the “1+1+1” contract work of family doctors, to improve residents’ trust in community general practitioners, thoroughly publicize the “1+1+1” contract work of family doctors. It effectively improves the income level of community medical staff, effectively improves the personal ability of family doctors, and effectively implements the two-way referral system.
