Investigation on the Health Care Present Situation of 200 Kindergartents in Weifang

目的:为了解潍坊市托幼机构卫生保健工作现状,为政府和卫生部门制定幼儿保健相关政策提供数据参考。方法:2021年9月在潍坊市4区2县(市)共抽取200家托幼机构(公办110所,民办90所),对其卫生保健现状进行调查。结果:潍坊市托幼机构在岗卫生保健人员配备率为94.00%,在岗卫生保健人员持培训合格证的比例为95.30%,保健室配备率为100.00%。班级卫生保健设施硬件配备达标率为98.70%,膳食管理情况达标率为86.10%,幼儿及工作人员健康检查率为98.60%,儿童疾病与伤害率为26.20%,人均活动面积达标率为82.30%。结论:2021年潍坊市区托幼机构软硬件设施配备情况普遍较好,相关部门对卫生保健的重视程度高,但部分乡镇托幼机构存在卫生保健设施配备不足、对卫生保健工作重视程度不高的情况。近年来幼儿数量激增,人均活动面积、膳食营养服务等与社会期望和相关标准存在一定差距。

OBJECTIVETo analyze the health care work situation of kingergartens in Weifang, so as to provide the data support for the government and health departments to formulate relevant policies. METHODS Data were collected from the survey of the health care status of 200 childcare institutions(110 public institutions and 90 private institutions) in 4 districts and 2 cities(counties) of Weifang in September 2021. RESULTS The on-the-job health care personnel allocation rate of Weifang childcare institutions was 94.00%, the proportion of on-the-job health care personnel holding training certificates was 95.30%, and the allocation rate of health care rooms was 100.00%. The standard rate of class health care measures was 98.70%, the standard rate of dietary management was 86.10%, the health examination rate of children and staff was 98.60%, the disease and injury rate of children was 26.20%,and the standard rate of per student area was 82.30%. CONCLUSION the hardware and software facilities of kindergartens in Weifang are generally well equipped, the attention to health care is high, the measures and systems are relatively perfect, the certificate holding rate of on-the-job health care personnel is high, and the health care of some township kindergartens is insufficient. The number of young children has increased sharply in recent years, and there is a certain gap between the average activity area and dietary nutrition analysis of students and social expectations and work needs.
