2021年广州市白云区白纹伊蚊抗药性监测分析

摘要 目的:通过监测广州市白云区停止大规模应用杀虫剂后白纹伊蚊对常用卫生杀虫剂抗药性情况,为白云区登革热传播媒介防控提供科学依据。方法:在白云区24个街镇采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室培育繁殖两代后,收集3龄末4龄初的幼虫,采用幼虫浸渍法,将4类杀虫剂分5个浓度进行试验测定。测定结果用SPSS 22.0软件进行分析,计算半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果:2021年白云区的监测结果与干预前的监测结果无明显区别。其中白纹伊蚊对残杀威较为敏感,对倍硫磷、高效溴氯菊酯两种杀虫剂部分地区呈现敏感,而在部分地区呈现低抗;氯菊酯在北片区和中片区出现中抗,其他地区为低抗。结论:白纹伊蚊对不同杀虫剂抗药性有差异,通过监测及时调整杀虫剂种类和剂量防控登革热十分必要。 OBECTIVEAfter monitoring the resistance of Aedes mosquitoes, to commonly used sanitary insecticides after stopping the mass application of insecticides in Baiyun district, Guangzhou, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of dengue fever vector in Baiyun district. METHODS It collected aedes albopictus larvae in 24 towns in Baiyun District. The larvae were bred in the laboratory for two generations. It collected the larvae at the end of the 3rd instar and the beginning of the 4th instar.Then it used the larva dipping method to test and determine the 4 types of insecticides in 5 concentrations. It used SPSS22.0to analyze and calculate the median lethal concentration(LC50). RESULTS There was no significant difference between the monitoring results in Baiyun district in 2021 and those before the intervention. Aedes albopictus was more sensitive to propoxur. Aedes albopictus was sensitive to fespion and decamethrin in some areas, but showed low resistance in some areas. Aedes albopictus showed moderate resistance to permethrin in the northern and middle regions, and low resistance in other regions. CONCLUSION The resistance of Aedes albopictus to different insecticides was different. It is necessary to timely adjust the types and doses of pesticides through drug resistance monitoring to prevent and control dengue fever.
