摘要
镁合金较高的化学活性及表面疏松多孔的氧化膜导致其具有较差的耐腐蚀性,这限制了镁合金在工业领域的广泛应用。通过在镁合金表面制备超疏水涂层可以有效阻止镁合金表面与腐蚀介质直接接触,从而提高镁合金的耐腐蚀性。在简要概述材料表面润湿性理论的基础上,综述了国内外镁合金超疏水表面的主要构建方法,包括溶胶-凝胶法、浸泡法、水热法、电化学沉积法和刻蚀法,探讨了这些制备方法的优缺点,最后对镁合金超疏水表面的发展方向进行了展望。
Due to the high chemical activity and the porous oxide film on the surface,magnesium alloys have poor corrosion resistance,which limits their wide application in the industrial field.By preparing super-hydrophobic coating on the surface of magnesium alloy,the direct contact between the magnesium alloy surface and the corrosive medium can be effectively avoided,and thus the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy can be improved.Based on a brief overview of the theory of material surface wettability,the fabrication techniques of magnesium alloy super-hydrophobic surface at home and abroad,including sol-gel method,immersion method,hydrothermal method,electrochemical deposition method and etching method were summerized in this work.The advantages and disadvantages of these preparation methods were discussed.Finally,the development direction of magnesium alloy super-hydrophobic surface was prospected.
