摘要
超双疏材料具有既疏水又疏油的功能,在工业生产和日常生活中得到了广泛应用。但是在使用超双疏材料时表面一旦受到破坏,将降低或失去原有性能,严重影响材料的稳定性和使用寿命。结合超双疏材料研究与使用中出现的问题,许多研究团队投入到开发有自修复性能的超双疏材料中。简要综述了超双疏材料的制备方法,以及利用温度诱导、紫外光诱导、相对湿度诱导和表面微观结构等方式自修复的超双疏材料,并对具有自修复性能的超双疏材料的进一步研究提出了建议。
Super-amphiphobic materials are widely used in industrial production and daily life due to the hydrophobic and oleophobic properties.However,these properties will be reduced or even lost when the super-amphiphobic surface is damaged,which will seriously affect the stability and service life of the materials.Many research teams have involved in the development of super-amphiphobic materials with self-healing properties based on the problems in the research and use of super-amphiphobic materials.In this work,the preparation methods of super-amphiphobic materials,as well as the super-amphiphobic materials realizing self-healing by means of temperature induction,UV induction,relative humidity induction and surface microstructure were briefly reviewed.Meanwhile,recommendations for further research of the superamphiphobic materials with self-healing properties were proposed.
