汽车起重机涂装中的色差控制

Control of Color Difference in Paint of Truck Crane

色差问题是汽车起重机涂装外观质量的重要影响因素之一。通过对汽车起重机零部件涂装和整机精饰过程中产生色差的影响因素的分析探讨和试验研究,总结了汽车起重机涂装过程中色差产生的原因,并提出了相应的控制方法。

Color difference is one of the important factors affecting the coating appearance quality of truck crane.In this paper,by studying the influence factors of color difference in the painting of the truck crane parts and the finishing of the whole machine,the causes for the color difference arising in the process of painting of the truck crane were summarized,and the corresponding control methods were proposed.
