职业教育推动民族地区共同富裕的价值、逻辑与路径 被引量:14

Value,Logic and Path of Vocational Education in Promoting Common Prosperity in Ethnic Areas

摘要 职业教育的职责定位、办学方向、办学格局和育人机制为其推动民族地区的共同富裕提供了充分条件,彰显了其在培养技术技能人才、提供民生发展保障、推动区域产业进阶、促进铸牢中华民族共同体意识等方面的重要价值。在职业教育推动民族地区共同富裕的实践路径中,必须遵循“政治性、全面性、适配性、文化性”等实践逻辑,把铸牢中华民族共同体意识作为职业教育实践的“总纲”,以产教同频共振发展助推民族地区产业高移,以促进全员发展和全面发展培养更多技术技能人才,以文化性视角推动民族地区物质和精神的“双维度”富裕。要加快推进职业教育的高质量发展,以结构性改革优化技术技能人才供给、以技能培训提升民族地区人力资源水平、以研发服务助力民族地区产业迭代、以技术牵引铸牢中华民族共同体意识。 The responsibility orientation,school operation direction,school operation pattern and education mechanism of vocational education provide sufficient conditions for them to promote the common prosperity of ethnic areas.It highlights its important value of cultivating technical and skillful personnel,providing livelihood development guarantee,promoting the advancement of regional industries,and promoting the formation of the sense of community of the Chinese nation.In the practical path of vocational education to promote common prosperity in ethnic areas,we must follow the practical logic of being“political,comprehensive,adaptive and cultural”,take solidifying the sense of community of the Chinese nation as the“main principle”of vocational education practice.We must take coordinated development of industry and education to promote industry upgrading in ethnic regions,cultivate and train more technical and skilled peronnel so as to promote the overall comprehensive development of all personnel,promote material and spiritual“two-dimensional”prosperity in ethnic areas from cultural perspective.We should accelerate the high-quality development of vocational education,optimize the supply of technical and skilled personnel through structural reform,improve the level of human resources in ethnic areas with skill training,facilitate industrial upgrading in ethnic areas with research and development services,and strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation through driving force of technology.
