关于“美是什么”的美的本质被喻为美学研究的“斯芬克斯之谜”,在中外美学研究的历史上,美学家们留下了许许多多有价值的思考。生命美学既然被视为作为当代中国美学的主流学派,理应就此给出自己的回答。在辨析美学“提问方式”后,在经历“诗性智慧”的照耀后,在“目击道存”体验、体会和体悟后,进而得出生命美学视域下美的本质应该是:美是生命澄明的形式。

The essence of beauty about"what is beauty"is referred to as the"Mystery of the Sphinx"of aesthetic research.In the history of aesthetic research at home and abroad,aestheticians have left many valuable thoughts.Life aesthetics regarded as the mainstream school of contemporary Chinese aesthetics,should give its own answer to this question.After analyzing the"questioning ways"of aesthetics,undergoing the radiation of"poetic wisdom",and experiencing,feeling and understanding the"perception",it is concluded that the essence of beauty in the perspective of life aesthetics should be:beauty is the clear form of life.
