摘要
目的:采用超声法对生姜中的挥发油进行提取分离。方法:通过单因素试验设计法,考察各个因素对生姜挥发油产量的影响。以料液比(A)、超声时间(B)、超声温度(C)为三个主要因素进行考察,每个因素分为三个水平,设计正交试验。结果:得到超声提取生姜挥发油的最佳提取工艺。结论:当超声提取条件为料液比1:20(g/mL)、超声时间为50 min、超声温度为50℃时,生姜中挥发油的提取率最高。
Objective: To extract and separate the volatile oil in ginger by ultrasonic method. Methods: The effects of various factors on the yield of ginger volatile oil were investigated by single factor experimental design method. The material liquid ratio(a), ultrasonic time(b) and ultrasonic temperature(c) were investigated. Each factor was divided into three levels, and the orthogonal test was designed.Results: The optimal extraction process of ultrasonic extraction of ginger volatile oil was obtained. Conclusion: The extraction rate of volatile oil from ginger was the highest when the ultrasonic extraction conditions were solid-liquid ratio 1:20(g/mL), ultrasonic time was 50 min and ultrasonic temperature was 50℃.
