金果榄的研究进展

Review on the Research Progress of Tinospora Capillipes Gagnep

金果榄为我国传统中药材,广西壮族、瑶族习用药材,具有清热解毒、消肿止痛等功效。现代研究表明,其所含主要成分生物碱、萜类和甾体类化合物,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化以及降血糖活性。文章通过查阅文献,对其质量控制、化学成分、药理药效和临床应用方面的研究进展进行了描述,为其后期的开发利用奠定基础。

Tinospora capillipes Gagnep is a traditional Chinese medicine in China and is used by Zhuang and Yao nationalities in Guangxi.It has the effects of clearing away heat,detoxification,swelling and pain.Modern research shows that its main components alkaloids,terpenoids and steroids have anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antioxidant and hypoglycemic activities.By consulting the literature,this paper describes the research progress in its quality control,chemical composition,pharmacological efficacy and clinical application,so as to lay a foundation for its later development and utilization.
