中医药对冠心病患者血管内皮功能干预作用的研究进展

Research Progress of Intervention Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

冠心病是由动脉粥样硬化引起的,导致动脉壁对炎症刺激作出反应,与血管内皮功能的改变联系紧密。中医药在抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖、维持血管稳态、保护血管内皮方面效果显著,进而能更好地延缓动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。近年来中医药干预冠心病血管内皮功能成为临床研究热点。文章就近年来中医药通过单味中药、中药汤剂、中成药、中药注射剂、针刺和导引等各方面干预冠心病患者血管内皮功能的多项研究进展作一综述,以期为临床提供一些参考。

Coronary heart disease is caused by atherosclerosis,which causes the arterial wall to respond to inflammatory stimuli and is closely linked to changes in vascular endothelial function.Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in inhibiting the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells,maintaining vascular homeostasis,and protecting vascular endothelium,which in turn can better delay the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.In recent years,the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on vascular endothelial function in coronary heart disease has become a clinical research hotspot.This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in intervening vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease through single herbs,traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Chinese patent medicine,traditional Chinese medicine injection,acupuncture and guidance in recent years,in order to provide some reference for clinical practice.
