不同人群的人体成分分析及其与肥胖、肥胖2型糖尿病的相关性研究

Study on Body Composition in Different Populations and Its Correlation with Obesity and Obesity Type 2 Diabetes

目的:采用人体成分分析仪来研究三种人群的含水量、蛋白质、无机盐、BMI、体脂率、腹部脂肪、腹部肌肉,等各项指标异同来了解不同人群(正常人群、肥胖人群和肥胖2型糖尿病人群,以下简称不同人群)的人体成分的差异性及其与肥胖、肥胖2型糖尿病的相关性研究。方法:随机调查2021年7月至8月广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院体检中心、内分泌门诊及住院部符合正常、肥胖和肥胖2型糖尿病纳入标准的志愿者各50例来进行人体成分分析。结果:不同人群中的腰围、含水量、蛋白质、无机盐、BMI、体脂率、腹部脂肪、腹部肌肉具有差异性(P<0.05),有统计学意义。多元logistic回归发现,肥胖组的人体各成分与腰围和BMI的“R方”分别为0.575和0.709,肥胖2型糖尿病组的人体各成分与腰围和BMI的“R方”分别为0.772和0.797,与腰围、BMI成正相关。结论:不同人群的人体成分差异明显且与肥胖有关,且随年龄、性别的改变而改变。研究为肥胖和肥胖2型糖尿病患者的防控提供参考依据。

Objective:The body composition analyzer is used to study the similarities and differences of various indicators such as water content,protein,inorganic salt,BMI,body fat rate,abdominal fat and abdominal muscle among the three populations,so as to understand the differences of body composition among different populations(normal population,obese population and obesity type 2 diabetes population,hereinafter referred to as different populations)and their correlation with obesity and obesity type 2 diabetes.Methods:A random survey was conducted on 50 volunteers who met the inclusion criteria of normal,obesity and obesity type 2 diabetes in the physical examination center,endocrine clinic and inpatient department of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from July to August 2021.Results:Waist circumference,water content,protein,inorganic salt,BMI,body fat rate,abdominal fat and abdominal muscle in different groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Multiple logistic regression showed that the"R-square"of body components and waist circumference and BMI in obese group were 0.575 and 0.709 respectively,and the"R-square"of body components and waist circumference and BMI in obesity type 2 diabetes group were 0.772 and 0.797 respectively,which were positively correlated with waist circumference and BMI.Conclusion:There are obvious differences in body composition among different populations,which is related to obesity,and changes with the change of age and gender.The study provides reference for the prevention and control of obesity and patients with obesity type 2 diabetes.
