摘要
如今,搭乘飞机出行已经成为了最普遍的出行方式之一。而作为直接服务于旅客的场所,机场候机环境及体验对旅客的出行心情有着直接的影响。其中,机场家具的舒适性、便利性和功能性对旅客们心目中机场空间的直观印象分起着至关重要的作用。本文通过分析国内机场家具的类型及现存问题,同时结合机场普通乘客的需求及心理特性分析,提出了针对国内机场普通乘客候机区域的家具设计方案,旨在从色彩、材料、形态及关怀设计等方面,满足旅客的充电需求、特定行为需求、储物需求以及休息需求,以提升旅客的出行满意度。
Today, air travel has become one of the most common modes of transportation. As a place that directly serves passengers, the airport waiting environment and experience have a direct impact on the travel mood of passengers. Among them, the comfort, convenience and functionality of airport furniture play a crucial role in the intuitive impression of airport space in the minds of passengers. By analyzing the types and existing problems of domestic airport furniture, as well as the needs and psychological characteristics of ordinary passengers in the airport, this paper proposes some suggestions for the furniture design of ordinary passenger waiting area in domestic airports. Analyzing from colors, materials, forms, passenger caring and other design elements, the proposals aims to meet the charging needs, specific behavior needs, storage needs and rest needs of passengers, so as to improve the travel satisfaction of passengers.
