经络调理捏脊推拿技术预防体弱儿发病的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Meridian Conditioning and Chiropractic Massage Techniques on Preventing the Onset of Infirm Children

目的探讨经络调理捏脊推拿技术预防体弱儿发病的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月—2019年12月该中心收治的100例体弱儿为研究对象,根据随机信封法分为对照组与实验组,各50例。对照组采用常规儿童保健方法,实验组加用经络调理捏脊推拿技术。对比两组的保健效果。结果实验组护理后的睡眠时间长于对照组,身高高于对照组,体重重于对照组,体弱发病总发生率低于对照组,患儿家属护理满意度高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体弱儿采用经络调理捏脊推拿技术能够促进发育,减少营养不良等疾病发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of meridian conditioning and chiropractic massage techniques on preventing the onset of infirm children.Methods 100 frail children admitted to the center from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random envelope method,they were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used conventional child health care methods,and the experimental group used meridian conditioning chiropractic techniques.The health effects of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group’s sleep time after nursing was longer than that of the control group,the height was higher than the control group,and the weight was heavier than the control group,the overall incidence of frailty was lower than that of the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the children’s family members was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Theuse of meridian conditioning and chiropractic techniques for frail children can promote the development of children,reduce malnutrition and other diseases.
