中老年颈椎病颈痛患者实施针刺的镇痛效果探讨

Discussion on the Analgesic Effect of Acupuncture Optimized Plan for Middle-Aged and Elderly Patients with Cervical Spondylopathy and Neck Pain

目的探讨中老年颈椎病颈痛患者实施针刺的镇痛效果。方法抽取该院2019年4—12月收治的60例中老年颈椎病颈痛患者为观察对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。两组分别行常规治疗与常规治疗联合针刺,观察两组患者疼痛发生率、颈功能障碍发生率、肿瘤坏死因子水平及恢复时间。结果治疗后,观察组与对照组患者的疼痛发生率分别为13.33%、36.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组患者颈椎功能障碍发生率分别为13.33%、40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的肿瘤坏死因子水平明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施针刺治疗中老年颈椎病颈痛患者的临床效果显著,能够降低患者疼痛发生率及颈功能障碍发生率,降低肿瘤坏死因子水平,缩短恢复时间,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the analgesic effect of acupuncture for middle-aged and elderly patients with cervical spondylosis and neck pain.Methods 60 middle-aged and elderly patients with cervical spondylosis and neck pain admitted to the hospital from April to December 2019 were selected as the observation objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number method,with 30 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional treatment and conventional treatment combined with acupuncture.The incidence of pain,the incidence of cervical dysfunction,tumor necrosis factor level and recovery time were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the incidence of pain in the observation group and the control group were 13.33% and 36.67%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the incidence of cervical spine dysfunction in the observation group and the control group were 13.33% and 40.00%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the tumor necrosis factor level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the acupuncture to treat middle-aged and elderly patients with cervical spondylopathy and neck pain has a significant clinical effect.It can reduce the incidence of pain,and the incidence of cervical dysfunction,reduce the level of tumor necrosis factor,and significantly shorten the recovery time.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
