胸腰椎压缩性骨折采用常规护理联合中医康复护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Conventional Nursing Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing for Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures

目的观察胸腰椎压缩性骨折采用常规护理联合中医康复护理的效果。方法随机选择该院2019年1—9月收治的90例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用中医康复护理,比较两组患者干预后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、疗效、总有效率及并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组的VAS、SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疗效和总有效率(95.56%)高于对照组(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(8.89%)低于对照组(24.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规护理联合中医康复护理应用于胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的疗效确切,可显著降低患者疼痛、焦虑和抑郁程度,降低并发症发生率,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the effect of conventional nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing for thoracolumbar compression fractures.Methods 90 patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures admitted to the hospital from January to September 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group adopts conventional nursing,and the observation group adopts traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The visual analogue scoring(VAS)score,anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score,depression self-rating scale(SDS)score,curative effect,total effective rate and complication rate of the two groups after intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the VAS,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect and total effective rate of the observation group(95.56%)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(8.89%)was lower than that in the control group(24.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing has a definite effect on patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures.It can significantly reduce the pain,anxiety and depression of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and has clinical promotion value.
