盆底超声和肌电生理检查在女性压力性尿失禁诊治中的作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨盆底超声和肌电生理检查在女性压力性尿失禁(FSUI)诊治中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月在该院接受治疗的88例FSUI患者为观察组,以同期在该院进行健康体检的100例女性志愿者为对照组,对比两组的盆底肌Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力及肌疲劳度,对各参数与FSUI的关系进行分析。结果观察组静息时漏斗形成率为48.86%,显著高于对照组的9.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组△x、△y及γ均显著大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。膀胱漏斗形成、△y增大及I类肌纤维肌力下降是FSUI发生的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论盆底超声检查及盆底肌电生物检查联合应用,对于FSUI的诊断、分型及治疗方案的制定具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the application value of pelvic floor ultrasound and electromyography in the diagnosis and treatment of female stress urinary incontinence(FSUI).Methods 88 FSUI patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 100 female volunteers who underwent physical examination in the hospital during the same period were set as the control group.The pelvic floor muscle type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ muscle fiber strength and muscle fatigue were compared between the groups,and the relationship between each parameter and FSUI was analyzed.Results The funnel formation rate in the observation group was 48.86% at rest,which was significantly higher than the 9.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The △x,△y and γ of the observation group were significantly larger than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The formation of bladder funnel,increase of△y and decrease of type I muscle fiber muscle strength are the influencing factors of FSUI(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of pelvic floor ultrasound and pelvic floor electromyography is of great significance for the diagnosis,classification and treatment of FSUI.
