踝关节固定制动联合冰袋持续冷敷在踝关节扭伤早期的应用价值

Application of Ankle Joint Fixation and Braking Combined with Continuous Cold Compress with Ice Pack in the Early Stage of Ankle Sprain

目的探讨踝关节固定制动联合冰袋持续冷敷对新兵军事训练致急性踝关节扭伤早期患者踝关节功能的影响。方法选取该部2015年10月—2019年1月新兵军事训练致急性踝关节扭伤早期患者46例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组23例。常规组采用保守治疗,研究组采用踝关节固定制动联合冰袋持续冷敷治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不同时间段的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及治疗前后踝关节功能量表(Baird-Jackson)评分。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为91.30%,高于常规组的65.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6、12、24 h后,研究组的VAS评分均低于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组的Baird-Jackson评分均高于治疗前,且研究组的Baird-Jackson评分高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论踝关节固定制动联合冰袋持续冷敷治疗新兵军事训练致急性踝关节扭伤早期患者的疗效显著,可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,促进其踝关节功能恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of ankle fixed braking combined with continuous cold compress with ice pack on ankle function in patients with early stage of acute ankle sprain caused by military training of recruits.Methods 46 patients with early acute ankle sprain due to military training of recruits in the department from October 2015 to January 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 23 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conservative treatment,and the study group was treated with ankle immobilization brake combined with continuous cold compress with ice pack.The clinical efficacy,pain visual analog scale(VAS)scores at different time periods,and ankle function scale(Baird-Jackson)scores before and after treatment were compared between the groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.30%,which was higher than 65.22% of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6,12 and 24 hours of treatment,the VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the Baird-Jackson scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the Baird-Jackson scores of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of ankle immobilization and braking combined with continuous cold compress with ice pack as an adjunct to rehabilitation training in the treatment of patients with acute ankle sprains caused by military training is remarkable.It can effectively reduce the pain level of patients and promote their ankle function recovery.
