脑卒中实施早期综合康复治疗的临床价值分析

Analysis of Clinical Value of Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy for Stroke Patients

目的分析早期综合康复治疗应用于脑卒中治疗中的临床价值。方法纳入该院于2019年1月—2020年1月收治的脑卒中患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组和常规组,每组30例。常规组给予常规神经内科药物治疗,实验组在常规组基础上采用早期综合康复治疗。对比两组治疗前后简式Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评分、生活能力评分以及功能独立性评定(FIM)评分、临床总有效率。结果治疗前,两组患者FMA评分、生活能力评分以及FIM评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组的FMA评分、生活能力评分以及FIM评分均优于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组临床总有效率(96.67%)明显高于常规组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中治疗过程中采用早期综合康复治疗,有助于改善患者的运动功能力和生活能力,提高患者临床效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of stroke patients.Methods 60 stroke patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were included.The patients were divided into an experimental group and a conventional group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional neurology drugs,and the experimental group was treated with early comprehensive rehabilitation on the basis of the conventional group.The short-form Fugl-Meyer rating scale(FMA)score,living ability score,functional independence assessment(FIM)score,and total clinical effective rate were compared between the groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the comparison of FMA score,living ability score and FIM score between the groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the FMA score,living ability score and FIM score of the experimental group were better than those of the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the course of stroke treatment can help improve the patient's motor function and life ability,improve the clinical effect of the patient.
