互联网的迅速发展和普遍使用,对于我国多民族社会的民族关系影响越来越明显,不同于前网络时代的民族关系,网络民族关系呈现内容复杂、范围广泛、影响多样等诸多特征,高度关注和深入研究网络民族关系,特别是民族地区汉族流动人口与当地少数民族之间的网络民族关系,对新时代进一步推动各民族广泛交往交流交融、协调民族关系、优化网络治理和维护网络安全,具有十分重要的意义。

The rapid development and widespread use of the Internet has an increasingly obvious impact on ethnic relations in China’s multi-ethnic society. Unlike the ethnic relations in the pre-internet era,online ethnic relations present many characteristics such as complex content,wide range and diverse influence. To pay great importance to and make in-depth studies on Network ethnic relationship,especially the relations between the floating population of Han nationality in ethnic areas and local minorities is of great significance for further promoting the in-depth interaction and intermingling of ethnic groups,coordinating ethnic relations,optimizing network governance and maintaining network security in the new era.
