环境规制对长江经济带医药制造业绿色技术创新效率的影响——基于面板门槛回归模型分析 被引量:2

摘要 设计长江经济带精准的环境规制政策,需要从产业层面研究环境规制与长江经济带医药制造业绿色技术创新之间的关系。构建超效率EBM模型,测度分析长江经济带医药制造业绿色技术创新效率,并以环境规制为门槛变量,构建面板门槛回归模型,研究环境规制对医药制造业绿色技术创新效率的影响,研究结果表明:长江经济带医药制造业绿色技术创新效率呈波动上升趋势,存在显著的区域差异,区域间呈现出“上游-中游-下游”逐级递升的梯度格局。进一步研究发现:长江经济带上中下游门槛值存在差异性,随着环境规制强度的增加,其对绿色技术创新效率的正向显著作用越明显,但当环境规制达到门槛值之后,对绿色技术创新效率的正向影响作用减弱且不显著;行业规模、外商投资和科技创新水平对绿色技术创新效率均呈显著正向促进作用。 To design accurate environmental regulation policies in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,we need to study the relationship between environmental regulation and green technology innovation of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from the industrial level.This paper constructs the super efficiency EBM model to measure and analyzes the green technology innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and constructs the panel threshold regression model with environmental regulation as the threshold variable to study the impact of environmental regulation on the green technology innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.The result shows that the efficiency of green technology innovation of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is fluctuating upward.There are significant regional differences,and there is a gradient pattern of“upstream—midstream—downstream”between regions.The further research shows that the threshold values of the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt are different.With the increase of the intensity of environmental regulation,its positive effects on the efficiency of green technology innovation are more obvious,but when the environmental regulation reaches the threshold value,its positive effects on the efficiency of green technology innovation are weakened and not significant.Industry scale,foreign investment and technological innovation level have significant positive effects on the efficiency of green technology innovation.
