电和电磁环境对引信全电子安全系统的影响 被引量:3

摘要 针对全电子安全系统的特点,分析了主要电和电磁环境影响因素,建立了在电路不同节点引入静电、电流注入和电源线传导等激励与高压电容、雷管电压的传递函数,利用正态概率函数得出高压电容、雷管电压和安全失效率的关系,说明了这些激励下安全失效率的计算方法。由典型算例可知:在人体静电和电路正常情况下这些因素基本上不影响安全性,但是当静电能量达到直升机补给时或三个开关因故障而处于短路状态时可能会导致安全失效;按GJB 151B馈入CS114、CS106规定的电能时,若三个开关总耐压不够,可能会发生三个开关因击穿而处于短路状态导致安全失效。说明了全电子安全系统的初级、次级回路都应进行有效防护,次级回路防护应确保弹体表面可能产生的强静电没有引入全电子安全系统高压回路的潜在通道;初级回路的防护应确保在可信的电和电磁激励下满足三个开关耐压裕度要求,防护措施应保证耦合到高压电容或雷管上的电压在安全裕度以内。 According to the characteristic of electronic safety and arming system,the main influences of electric and electromagnetic environment was analysed,the voltage calculate methods were given at the high-voltage capacitances while effected through static discharge,current injection and power cable conduct.With simulating,these factors were not effect on the safety capability in general.The three switches are faulted in direct short,it would cause safety fault while switch on power according to CS114 and CS106 of GJB151B.It was indicated through analyzing the voltage of static discharge,current injection and power cable conduct,the three switches were faulted in direct short when the three switches were not withstand voltage totally.So,the protections should be done to the primary circuit and the secondary circuit,and the secondary circuit protection should assure not link to electronic safety and arming system even potentially being high static discharge at shell surface,the primary circuit protection should assure effectively in credible electronic and electromagnetic excitation environment,and satisfied withstand voltage margin of the lowest of the three switches,and the protection should assure the linkage voltage on high-voltage capacity and detonator is in safety margin.
