Quality is the lifeline of cadre education and training.To build a quality assurance system conforming to the characteristics of China’s cadre education and training is an urgent requirement and an important measure for stimulating the vitality of cadre education and training,promoting the effective running of the cadre education and training system,and ensuring the continuous improvement of the quality of cadre education and training.The quality assurance system of cadre education and training is of an enriched connotation,including idea of training,management system,content of training,method of training,and so on,and the core is the scientific idea of cadre education and training.We must carefully study General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important statements on cadre education and training and based on the general laws of quality assurance,sufficiently learn from the practical achievements of quality assurance,and combine the actual characteristics of China’s cadre education and training to build up a quality assurance system of cadre education and training and bring it into real play by establishing scientific ideas on cadre education and training,strengthening institutional construction for cadre education and training,and improve the educational capacity of the main channels of cadre education and training.
